Il giorno dopo risciacquateli, trasferiteli in una pentola, copriteli con abbondante acqua fredda, aggiungete 2 foglie di alloro e lessateli per circa 80 minuti .<\/p><p>Nel frattempo preparate gli altri ingredienti per la ricetta: mondate e tritate finemente la cipolla, il sedano e la carota, poi tagliate il prosciutto e il lardo a listarelle.<\/p><p>Scaldate l\u2019olio in una casseruola, aggiungete uno spicchio d\u2019aglio sbucciato e le verdure tritate; lasciate soffriggere per circa 5 minuti, poi unite le striscioline di prosciutto e di lardo e cuocete ancora per un paio di minuti. Prelevate i fagioli con una schiumarola e aggiungeteli al soffritto, poi unite un mestolo della loro acqua di cottura: conservate il resto dell\u2019acqua di cottura perch\u00e9 vi servir\u00e0 in seguito. Ora versate all\u2019interno della pentola anche la passata di pomodoro, salate con moderazione, pepate e fate cuocere per 20 minuti a fiamma moderata, dopodich\u00e9 potrete aggiungere la pasta. Prima di aggiungere la pasta, prelevate due mestoli dal composto e versateli in un contenitore, poi frullateli con un frullatore a immersione e tenete da parte la crema ottenuta.<\/p><p>Aggiungete i Mmiscu Poiatti direttamente nella pentola, coprite con l\u2019acqua di cottura dei fagioli e portate la pasta a cottura mescolando di tanto in tanto, sempre a fiamma moderata. Quando la pasta sar\u00e0 al dente, aggiungete il composto frullato in precedenza e il rosmarino tritato, poi spegnete il fuoco, coprite con il coperchio e lasciate riposare per 3 minuti.
