In the heart of the Mediterranean, among expanses of wheat fields that grow in the warm Sicilian sun and breathe the sea air of the island wind. There could be no better place to give life to an inimitable pasta, which has the tenacious character and versatility of the land that makes it home. Here there is an ideal climate for growing wheat, which allows us to produce using only 100% Sicilian durum wheat semolina, selected and ground in the Poiatti mills.

Because from a bet of the heart, starting with a small factory in the city, today Pasta Poiatti has become the largest pasta-producing industry in Sicily, with six production lines, and factories that extend for 25,000 square meters, right at the exit that leads from Palermo to Mazara del Vallo.
