There couldn't be a better place to create an inimitable pasta, which has the tenacious character and versatility of the land that makes it home. Here there is an ideal climate for growing wheat, which allows us to produce using only 100% Sicilian durum wheat semolina, selected and ground in the Poiatti mills.
